Conducted by:
Dr. Bruce Schneider
Dr. Silvia Birklein
This workshop will be an invitation for individuals and couples to explore deep somatic and relational connections. We will come together in a safe and supportive space, set our intentions, and proceed to attend to our feelings, individually and collectively.
This workshop will deepen our sensitivity with ourselves the environment, and each other. We will work with movement and gentle touch via hands-on work and basic craniosacral contacts. Elements from body-mind centering and contact improvisation will aid in structuring body/movement conversations and exchanges of giving and receiving.
"Through dialog and inquiry, awareness brings to light our capacity to be fully who we are, to reclaim contentment for ourselves and for all of life." - Dr. Bruce Schneider
Quick Facts:
Dr. Schneider has been in private practice as a chiropractor since 1986. His comprehensive cranio-sacral therapy and chiropractic sessions help each client to release physical, mental and emotional blocks to our inborn innate intelligence and vitality. Once these areas are released and re-integrated healthy tissue can breathe again.
A hallmark of his practice is in working with emotional release, trauma and unresolved stress, especially conditioned thoughts that create a reality that is linear, fear-based and obsessed with the past and the future. With presence and compassion in a safe space, stored somatic impressions arise and dissipate. The body resets itself to its natural state of rest and relaxation. “Through dialog and inquiry, awareness brings to light our capacity to be fully who we are, to reclaim contentment for ourselves and for all of life.” Dr. Schneider attended New York Chiropractic College and has had extensive training as a Pathwork helper and in the Diamond Approach.
